impressed with my cases outcome. Here is a case I post in dental

I have 2-3 business to run....So please don't get offended if I didn't
get back to you rapidly..............

Its too bad you didn't do one half the mouth with conventional scale and
root plane, and the other half with your laser regimen.  Then I could tell
if what you did actually was better than good 'ol scale and root plane, and
worth the extra $.

John:
I agree....But I'm still new in LANAP, and I used to perform
a lots of pocket reduction surgery with GTR. Most immediate and long
term (5 years) result is not as good as I like. So far I have perform
about 30 cases of LANAP full mouth, and I'll be starting to do some
single quad soon.....I plan to do some with Osseous surgery and Bone
graft some with Periolase only in the same mouth........Once I have
the result........I'll post and share with everyone.

It certainly looks impressive. From your personal experience, what's
the average gain in attachment, assuming patient complies with your OH
instructions?

George:
I followed the LANAP protocol closely as I was taught, It is
a procedure invented by two dentists in CAlifornia. I 'm not suppose
probe any case until my 9 months recall. I have performed about 30
full mouth cases so far. There are only one case I have probe at 6
month recall, my own mother who have Type 3-4 perio. The pre-op
probing was 7mm in most posterior area, In 6 month post treatment- All
goes to 3mm or less. She was numb for pre and post op probing. I have
no connection to the maker of periolase, and I'm not an employee of
MDT......I'm a periolase user.....I'm just very please with the result
and want to share with every one......
