I had widespread puffy-redness of the lower gums. Got a good cleaning
and a course of amoxy last month and it seemed to clear up. Now it's
back and I also have some weirdness in my left ear: a bit of ringing in
the ear and a feeling like the eustashean tube (spelling?) is clogged
or pressurized. Also a wee bit of dizziness. Are the ear problems most
likely an offshoot of gum disorder? What course of action do you
suggest? I am very reclusive and have a bit of trouble dealing with
problems that require me to, you know, go places.

You need to be examined in person to determine the cause.

Gum problems can include infections, nutritional disorders, tumors, etc.

The ear complaints could be muscle spasms or could be problems in the ear
itself.

Sounds like a middle and inner ear problem

Nope

Go see an ear, nose and throat specialist.
