These pics show my teeth. I only used the strips on my upper teeth.
After 6 days there is no difference between my upper and lower teeth.
Psychologically I feel like my teeth are improved, but objective
observation reveals no change has taken place.

Some types of stains are more effectively lightened than others. It's
tough for me to see what the actual shade of your teeth are from the
photos. Some patients have unrealistic goals (at least to me). I would
think that if you use crest whitestrips for 2 weeks and get minimal
lightening, no vital bleaching technique is going to do much better.
One thing you must check though, and that is the expiration date. The
bleaching agent is pretty unstable chemically, and an old strip will be
as good as worthless.

If I want all sides of my teeth and back teeth cleaned by Dentist,
what is the best method? Thanks.

They're all pretty much equivalent. Something like Britesmile or Zoom
will be quicker than trays, but all give about the same result in the
end. Britesmile and Zoom tend to be more expensive--you're paying for
the convenience. There is a greater risk of sensitivity, which is
however usually temporary.

Thanks for the answer:) Upon closer inspection the white strips have
made a difference. I guess I will try Rembrandt over the counter tray/
gel kit. Its hard to know what you are getting with these kits because
you cant open box. No idea if tray is for all of the teeth or just the
front.

Make sure to check the expiration date on the package. I'd be curious
to know what the concentration of carbamyl peroxide (I assume that's the
bleach) is in the OTC product.

I bought the rembrandt professional treatment kit. twice a day for 30
minutes for 7 days. you put the plastic tray in hot water and it molds
to your teeth. it is intended for only your front teeth. only the
outward surface. Im trying to bleach both sides of front teeth. should
work.
It is over the counter so it is different from what Dentists use. The
active is hydrogen peroxide. no percent given. This is Canada. $30 at
London Drugs

To give credit where credit may be due, I have a feeling these
products may work differently on different people's teeth.
I know someone who used the Crest product and said it made a big
difference.
I, on the other hand, had a professional mold made and professional
gel in increasing strength and it did not work at all for me, although
I had to quit using it when the strength increased due to the fact it
gave me a really intense toothache that lasted for a day or two.
