Relax. Kids will fell and they will lose teeth. It's a fact of life.
Visit your dentist to check the rest of her teeth, which may have been
injured by the fall. There is always a risk of the permanent tooth
being affected by such an accident, but this is rare and you can't
really do anything about it.
No substitute is needed... the permanent tooth will erupt around the
age of 6-7.

I agree completely with George
>A week ago my daughter who is 3 years old fell and her front upper
>tooth went off entirely with its root.
>I'd like to know if there will be problems with the new tooth later?
Maybe, impossible to tell at this time.
>Is it possible to do something at this stage in order to prevent
>future problems .
No.
>We are concerned about her future aesthetics.
>Should we put another substitute tooth now?
Absolutely not.
>Is it too early or should
>we wait a later stage?
Yeah, like when the permanent teeth come in.
>We'll be grateful to discuss the subject with a specialist.
A pedodontist is the specialist that you may seek.
They will not tell you anything different from what we
have answered.
>Thanks in advance.
Kids are very resilient, rarely concerned with dental esthetics.
She should be fine unless you make a big deal out of it.
