I was looking at my teeth with a mirror yesterday.  I noticed that one
of my front teeth has a dark spot inside (from the back).  You can not
see it from the front. It looks as if it progressed from the outside
edge.  Any suggestions?

Other than the obvious--have your dentist check it?  Can you post a
picture?

Sure, go see a dentist.

Hi
diagnosis of caries is not easy. Could be white spots, roughess, decay etc.
. The first steps of caries is very hard to find but In the beginning caries
is reversible - We can treat it using uninvasive methods.
If the caries is going into dentin there is no way . The caries must be
removed and decay should be filled up.
There is the question when ? some of patients has very high resistance for
caries :))
Its better to ask for individual examination

You could go to dental school, then residency. At the end of
eight year or so, you could treat your tooth in your own dental
office.

Alternately, you could make someone else do the work and go see a
dentist. But that's a lot less fun.
