Many times I try to brush my teeths twice to make them good.

But Whenever I brush twice I find having Pain in my teeths. Then I
stop Brushing my teeth twice then everything becomes normal.

With clean teeth brushed twice I get pain in my teeths. But with
dirty
teeth they look bad but I have no pain.

I am confused should I brush twice or keep having dirty teeth.

Any help. Why I get pain in my teeths when I brush twice and No pains
when I brush only once. (Though they look a bit dirty)
