Strange pain in teeth

A couple of months ago or so I was feeling a needle like pain, intermittent
and of short duration, just a second. It was as if a needle was pricking my
teeth inside. It wasn't always in the same tooth and it was kind of random.
A month ago I went to clean the teeth, deep cleaning, for which I paid
$1,000.00. I though it would go away. On the day of cleaning it wasn't
happening. There are days when I don't feel that and it doesn't last all
day. Today I felt that again and I am feeling it right now. This is strange.
Anyone have heard of anything like this?

I just did an internet seach for "strange tooth pain" because all of a
sudden I have these strange, unexplainable pains in my front teeth.
It doesn't seem to be a temperature sensativity thing because it
occurs weather or not I am drinking, eating, or just sitting there
with my mouth closed.   It's not unbearable but it is annoying.  The
problem began all of a sudden and out of the blue and appears to be
present only in my front upper teeth. I had a check-up about a month
ago (before I noticed any pain) and had no cavaties. So I can't figure
out what could be causing this sudden weird pain.   If you find out
anything, please let me know. robbiecochran@yahoo.com.

Thanks.

I didn't yet find out. Lately I haven't felt it but there were periods of
time when I didn't. I thought it could be periodontal disease, but the deep
cleaning didn't fix it. At least not immediately, even after a couple of
months.
