On the other side of the free dentist is the free gas station.
they just ran out of 87, so hoping premium is OK for just today?

You can't shout down a troll.
 You have to starve them.

You can check with your local dental university in your area as this
would be a good way to get reduced dental charges, you may have to let
students practise on you but you will get cheaper dental treatment.

I hope this helps you.

best wishes

I once saw a craigslist ad where a handyman was offering some home
remodeling service in exchange for what he thought was require a root
canal. ( along with the necessary restoration )

Bartering can be a possibility.  One of the best deals that I ever
made was trading an extraction for 3 lbs of frog legs (recently
harvested from the local ponds and streams).

'Course most trades have left me getting the short end, and I'm not very
keen on the idea.  Especially when Uncle Sam wants to get involved
by taxing the transactions even though no money is involved.

Many state have local church sponser mission program that will have
dentist perform extraction for free......But fixing them is a
different story.
