Give me two years of your time, and I can get you where you will be able to
make this evaluation. In the meantime, suffice it to say you need enough
bony support, you need some healthy tooth above the gum-line, and the
connection between the roots needs to be solid.
A post will often buy you 1-4 years before the root fractures in cases with
very poor prognoses.
Post a good quality picture and x-ray image, and we can tell you what we
would do in our own practices if a patient presented with such findings.

Any tooth can have Root Canal Therapy (RCT)
Whether restorable or not, *that* is the question.
