New questions about my problem regarding an infected root channel that
was cemented:
The dentist cemented root canals from my both front teeth.
One tooth has infection prior cementing because bad smell and pain
when cement was injected.
My dentist said that are identical chances for the root to heal by
itself or not, despite further treatment.
After cementing, 2 metallic posts were inserted in order to supports a
crown that will be made for both teeth.
Now the pain is gone but when I press with my finger at tooth root
area I feel an abnormal pain at tooth root level.
What are my options?
To go ahead and put the crown hopping the tooth will heal in time?
My dentist told me that apicoectomy could be a valid solution for
healing that tooths if won't heal by itself.
Absence of pain means the tooth is healed or in a healing process?
On the other hand I'm afraid that infections will still be there and
will damage the bone in time.
Should be apicoectomy an immediate solutions or I should put the crown
and go ahead with my life and use apicoectomy only when pain or
swelling will appear?
Thanks,
Catalin

There is no way to tell you what you should do from an internet connection.
If you do not trust your current dentist, by all means, get a second opinion
(in real life).
