A full cast gold crown, is your best bet for longevity.
BTW procelain is spelled "porcelain"
And is usually not a good choice for lower
second molars except in certain cases.
Only a dentist that has examined you in person
can make this determination, however any dentist
should be willing to discuss the pros and cons of
any type of restoration, materials, and technics.
