Which electric toothbrush is best to fight gum disease?

I suffer from gum disease.  About 6 months ago, my gums bled very easily.
If I ate sometimes they bled.  Even if I washed my face and pressed to
hard around my mouth, my gums might bleed. There was blood on my tong
every every morning, a streak of it about 1" wide from front to back.
I went to the dentist several times and had deep cleaning performed.
I then began using an Interplak electric toothbrush that my wife got for
me.  I've been using the electric toothbrush for about 4 months, and my
last dentist visit showed my gums were improving.  The bleeding has been
reduced dramatically.  I like the Interplak because the bristles each
rotate about their access.  You can get in between teeth to the gums like
a drill.  I do this in the 4 quadrants of my mouth, inside and out.  It
seems to be working!  However, the heads of the Interplak toothbrush
only last about 2-3 weeks.  Bummer.  I just got 8 on line for $19.95, but
at this rate, they're still expensive.  So, I started looking at Oral-B
and Sonicare.  Neither of them offer bristles that rotate on their access
like a drill.  So my questions are:

1. Are there any other electric toothbrushes with bristles that rotate on
  their access?

2. Which Oral-B or Sonicare toothbrush would be best for cleaning under my
gums, and in general the best to promote gum health?

-Thanks

I try a lots of toothbrushes..........I told my patients......Sonicare
and oral-B both are both good as long as you use a timer. Most people
need to brush more than 5 minutes especially if you have a gum
condition. Liston to your dentist....Brush and floss like you suppose
to, and keep up getting your check up as directed. You will keep your
teeth healthy.
