I have some demineralization between teeth and it is stained. My
dentist has given me some special past which should reverse the
demineralization however I am wondering is the stain easily reversed
as well (through bleaching)?

cheers,

Depends on what the stain is, how intense it is, what chroma it has, its
color value, etc.

I'll see if I can get an image. Looking in the mirror it doesn't look
that bad but I've been ever so self conscious since discovering and
its really played havoc with my life :(

Then...It can be removed with bleaching whittening 99% of the time.
Remineralized is possible but difficult

I've sent you an image. Difficult in what way? Length of bleaching?

Also, since I'll probably be getting a take-home bleach kit, is it
worth targeting the area between my teeth with gel first? The
remineralization cream is called Tooth Mousse btw.

I saw the image, and I think it can be removed with the bleaching kit
easily.  I will advice you to apply the bleaching gel evenly in the
anterior teeth and not just on that spot. Try it a few days, it shall
disappear. Ask your dentist for instruction.

Thanks for your response. I have been really self conscious the last
few weeks and I'll be on the 'tooth mousse' for a weeks more before I
start the bleaching. This has really taught me a lesson and as a
result I think I will not only pay more attention to my brushing but
utilise the tooth mousse as a regular part of my regime. Just another
question, is it supposed to (the stain) look darker in say a car
rearview mirror?

I don't know.....Maybe....Objects look different under different light
sources, and your rearview mirror suppose to dim the light at night,
thus it can look darker, however I'm a novice on rear view mirror.
Good luck
