I don't know if Pat does or not wish to discuss this.  Can you imagine
my shock to see this post come in on top of mine concerning the TMJ
iatroepidemic and those words "blame" and "fault" !!!!???  I would
certainly hope that *someone* would like to "discuss" this particular
thread of Pat's.  I also hope that Pat can see why this is an important
topic to discuss *openly*.  Learning comes in all sorts of ways, doesn't
it?

It's a bit of an odd presentation but I guess that's how googlegroups
works.  I felt that the post should go to smd because it would stand a
better chance of discussion here than in asj-d.
