I heard chewing Trident gum can largely reduce cavities. But is gum
too sticky that can cause a lot of enamel loss

Gum containing Xylitol can inhibit the bacteria that cause cavities from
adhering to the enamel.
Some of the Trident gums contain Xylitol, not all.  Read the ingredients,
the higher up the list of ingredients the more of the product is in the
item.
