I drink a lot of coffee and tea, which stains my teeth very bad.
Stop drinking 'em is not an option, because I will doze off in class
or at the library. I found that it is very helpful to have an
explorer and scale my teeth regularly.
But where can we order a set of dental hygiene toolkit? It is even
hard to google such stuff out.
Thanks.

Try No-Doze instead

Self performed dentistry is strongly discouraged.

Most times you need a license to order such things.

200mg? no kidding! Thanks for the tip, WB. Though coming to think of
it, doesn't tea have positive health effects (as compared to no-doze)?

Maybe. Talk of antioxidants in green tea. Might be quite a stretch.
Garlic has been a fad for blood pressure for quite a few years,
but a new study found no difference between raw garlic, garlic
supplements, and a placebo.

It is said that green tea has some health benefit.
Not sure if there is any scientific proof behind this
statement however.

Hmm, I love green tea. Actually, I always do green tea (not the yucky
tea bags). However, I think coffee is stronger, and works better in
keeping me from dozing off.

Yes, license is what I had thought.
