Hi, I just watched a commereical promoting Act mouthwash on TV.
Is it any good? Does it really kill germs?

That's not its intent. It is a fluoride rinse. Unless they have
changed the formulation, I would not expect it to be significantly
antibacterial.

They advertise it as a "three stage" product but I've never seen the entire
commereical.
I assumed it was a mouthwash

I have had one dentist recommend it to reduce sensitivity. My other
dentist said it's useless. Does that help ? ;)

A dentist told me it's soap.

intended for its detergent action.
