Thanks for your reply, Steven.
I am going to get it restored permanently this time. I need this tooth
because I have been eating on one side of my mouth for last 2 years:)
I am a slow eater because of it and I get tired too quickly while
eating.
What do you think is the best thing to do?

If this is a tooth worth saving (important either for chewing and/or
esthetics), and reasonably sound periodontally, and the infection can be
cleared up, it will almost certainly need a crown afterwards. Your
dentist should be in a position to tell you how likely treatment is to
be successful. After that, it's your decision.
Good luck,
Steve

Yep.
Can't tell over the net. Might not be *sure* in person!
A second retreat is not the greatest, but it might work. I would
clean, disinfect, place calcium hydroxide, re-clean, replace
calcium hydroxide, and then (assuming things feel fine) do a
final clean/disinfect, and seal (waiting several weeks between
all steps).

Perhaps see an endodontist and then get the crown quickly.
