tooth protection

I don't understand why we can't have a kind of brush-on stuff that can
isolate teeth from outside,  like paint on wood.

Find something that is biocompatible, won't wash away with saliva/foods, and
seals the tooth off completely (even below the gingival margin), and you
will be rich!
