Sensitivity to cold after tooth extraction

I had a wisdom tooth extracted 10 days ago and the pain in that area
has ceased but I have pain on another tooth in the lower jaw, one
close to the front. I also have big sensitivity on cold water and
sometimes air, as it pains when I breathe.

I mentioned some pain to my doctor when I went to have the sutures
removed but he said it was natural.

Should I go see him again or is it still natural?

It is likely that pain in a front tooth is unrelated to the extraction.
 Certainly it should be checked.
