internal or external connection

Just an informal survey of the newsgroup....

What's your preference for the implant/abutment connection interface...I
prefer an internal one (like nobelreplace) over external (like branemark).
I find I can align things easier.

    I've pretty much only used internal hex.  I think it makes more sense
from an engineering standpoint.
