After flossing & brushing i use the following;
1. 30 sec. Mouth rinse: Generic Citrus Listerine.
2. 60 sec. Non alcohol fluoride rinse.

Is the above an appropriate procedure? Are there preferable rinses? Is there
documented scientific proof that the above have positive affects?

    What kind of positive effects are you looking for?
    If you are caries-prone, fluoride rinses will give you a measure of
protection against decay.  If your oral hygiene is good, you don't need
the Listerine.
