Tough to say. Her mouth may not be objectively dry--sometimes it's a
problem of perception. OTOH, since dentures require a layer of saliva
for retention, and to lubricate the soft tissues, the dryness may be
most noticeable when the dentures are in place. Sugar-free candies may
also help stimulate salivation.

Recently had a patient start using Biotene and was quite favorably
impressed. She really liked the little spray bottle that she
could keep in her purse. It is convenient and in her opinion,
lasts longer than the mouthwash itself.
