Is there a plate used for dental implants after sinus lift and
bone graft ?...  What does the plate do?... What's it purpose?...

Not sure what you mean by "plate".  The flap of tissue is sutured over
the surgical site.  A membrane may be placed over the graft to help it's
retention and prevent epithelial cells from getting into the graft.
