Are these charges reasonable/average or am I being robbed? D6240 - $ 917.00 - Pontic Porcelain Fused to Hi Noble D6750 - $ 917.00 - Retainer Crown - Porcelain Fused to Hi Noble D6010 - $1,496.00 - Screw Implant D2750 - $ 917.00 - Retainer Crown - Porcelain Fused to Hi Noble D4266 - $ 830.00 - Guided Tissue Regeneration (one site) D4264 - $ 407.00 - Bone Graft - Each Additional Site I hope someone has answers for me. I am assuming this is a good office, high clinical standards. Furthermore, I should elaborate that for placement of root form implants, the fee is decidedly low. If this is not for a mini implant, but for a 2-stage implant such as Zimmer, you're getting a pretty good deal (for most areas in the country).
