Hello,

   I'm a 49 year old semi-vegetarian (so I will eat meat when I have
the craving to) who is seriously considering braces.

There are diet books on everything such as low carbohydrate, low
glycemic index, etc, etc. These food count books are dedicated to
listing hundreds and thousands of allowable foods to eat while on the
diet. Is there a good book listing all the foods I can eat with my
braces. I want to make sure that I don't eat anything hard, chewy etc.

Thank you,
Christopher M. Lusardi

I know I'm setting myself up for a shot, but why hasn't anyone replied
to this email?

Thanks,

It seems to me that you answered it yourself when you said that you
don't eat anything hard or chewy.
