Try "condensing" osteitis.
It's not a diagnosis, so much as sign on x-ray. The bone in this
situation appears somewhat denser than the surrounding bone at the tip
of the root; this is in contrast to the appearance of an abscess or
granuloma at the tip of the root, which generally looks LESS dense.
In either case, it MAY indicate a pulp that is in trouble.

ahh yes..... that's it!
so what will this specialist do to make a diagnosis
that my reg dentist cant?
And what would the treatment or solution be?
I'm getting to where I cant chew on this crown
I do wear an NTI at night but may have permanently
damaged the crown before getting the NTI, correct?

Treatment will most likely be a root canal/build-up/crown.
