Hello everybody,

I am planing on changing careers....  It's a very big step for me. I am
kind of nervous. I am in the computer industry right now and pay is not
going anywhere but flat to down as we compete with other countries for
jobs.  Job security is totally non existent.  I am thinking on becoming
a dental hygienist as my career change. I am in the bay area in
California. I heard the pay and hours are good + commission. Sounds
terrific to me.

I was wondering what schools are good for becoming a dental hygienist?
I have Western Career College in mind. Did anybody go through their
program?

Is Community College a better option?

I would like to go trough the program ASAP.  I'm not worried about
getting an associates degree I just want to start working as soon as
possible.

Thank you for your answers and advice.
