I did my root canal treatment today but anytime I bite on something it
hurts. I was not even scared when the densit used that syringe to numb
the area.

Give it time...does it feel like the temp fill is too high?  Some people
have a greater reaction after root canals due to the inflammation at the
ends of the roots caused by the filing if the canals.

It is not the filling or the temprature. I am on seizure medication
could that be another factor of me feeling the greater reaction?

Not that I have heard of.  Are you taking anything for the pain like
ibuprofen/advil/aleve?  If the pain seems to be worsening, contact the
dentist.  There is always a slight chance of a flare-up (swelling related to
an infection), but it sounds to me like post-op inflammation.  The files
used to clean the canals sometimes extrude beyond the tooth into the
periodontal ligament.  The files can be rather sharp, so imagine someone
taking a needed and jabbing under your thumbnail over and over again.
Wouldn't feel too good, would it?  Same thing with the files going into the
periodontal ligament.  Again, some people react differently than others, but
I don't think your seizure medication has to do with it.
