I thing that average dentistry at east europe is high level than USA and west Europe and very cheaper. And dentist is really interested my tooth. This is my private opinion. In west europe many dentist are very affected and spoilt . perhaps.. There is no problem with region. Every problems are coming from economic situation. Its right We have some technics etc Other problem is the mentiality and goverment politic. The dental treatment is not cheap so Its better to run the nprophylaxis but The mentiality of patients is different and this make problems mostly for them.
