I doubt there is any difference.

In my own mouth, I quit with fluoride about a year ago. Changed to
just baking soda. My hygenist and then my dentist were impressed with
the cleanliness. Color. Bone density. Enamel coming back. When I
finally told them I quit using fluoride, they both tried to convince
me to go back to the high fluoride Rx tooth paste they had been
prescribing me. Must be they like finding cavities in my teeth.
