I just want inform you that my issues with Dentist #1, were not a
"business" problem. Sure it amounts to dollars and cents, but there are
great differences in the code of ethics that  differentiate a Doctors'
actions from a Plumbers. The same contrast exists between say a
Bookeeper vs a .C.P.A.. My original dentist did not make a billing
error or something anyone could call a "business problem", she goofed
an expensive procedure twice and expected me to sit down for a third
attempt. However, I would not expect everyone, even you to understand
my thought processes. But thanks for your warm and interesting
response.
Bob

P.S. I will recieve a full refund after all and this is the only
relevent response I could possibly recieve in the spirit of my somewhat
clumsy first posting.
