nasal   fistula.

Hello.
does  anyone has a knoledge / statistics of
surgeries    to final closure of a  tiny nasal  fistula  , which is a
residue of previous cleft ,  bone graft ( failure one  )  , nasal right
floor reconstruction , removal of bad  tissue   (nasal floor).
and how to upgrade the  chances   of sucsess and preventing infection
in the surgery.
the area of the fistula is a scar tissue cause of  all previous
surgeries.

Simply have a revision with or without another bone graft. Should have
a high incidence of success.
