Hello.
does anyone has a knoledge / statistics of
surgeries to final closure of a tiny nasal fistula , which is a
residue of previous cleft , bone graft ( failure one ) , nasal right
floor reconstruction , removal of bad tissue (nasal floor).
and how to upgrade the chances of sucsess and preventing infection
in the surgery.
the area of the fistula is a scar tissue cause of all previous
surgeries.

Simply have a revision with or without another bone graft. Should have
a high incidence of success.
