Have had dentures 4 years. Used powder fixative from the beginning.
Denture are becoming looser.  Do you think a reline is what I should
have done now? Thanks for any advise and suggestions. e-mail welcome.

The retension of denture depends on couple factors
- individual border functional
- post dam
- accurate gum impression
- occlusion
- extension of denture
- personal saliva proprieties

The implants is second matters.ITS VERY IMPORTANT to make very good denture
in implant cases even more important than without implants. It is big
mistake to make not accurate denture on implants !!!

In your situation the reline could be helpfull after checking by the dentist
the condition of your dentures, occlusions etc
