Financial problems for Patterson??

I have heard that Patterson Dental Supply is having some problems lately.
First, GENDEX pulled its exclusivity agreement with them, second SciCan is
allegedly going to be pulling its agreement with Patterson as well.
Finally, it appears that the president of Patterson is under some sort of
SEC investigation for pulling a Martha Stuart..

Can anybody comment on the validity of these rumors.  I would love to see an
evil giant fall.

Thanks,

Fidelio

Personally, I would love to see people quoting names correctly, like
for example Martha Stewart instead of Martha Stuart.

Hey, it was 8AM and I hadn't had my coffee yet.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to point out that
typographical error in my post.  Your comments are always appreciated.

Now perhaps you can comment on why Patterson is an "evil giant" and why
do you want them to fail. After all, if you don't like the way they do
business you can always change your supplier.

These days it seems success and evil go hand in hand. The only way to remain
popular and well regarded is to be a miserable failure.

I disagree.  However one sure way to remain disregarded by all is t
become a successful WHINER.

Poor winners are just as bad as poor losers IMO

Sorry, but I don't have a clue what you mean.

I assume that you are not a miserable failure and therefore it follow
that according your statement above that you do not think you ar
well-regarded or popular.  So it seems you hold a grudge

Furthermore you remove all self-responsibility, placing blame on th
masses that may respect or hold some particular souls in high regard.

Furthermore you insult those that deserve and DO gain respect due thei
hard work and ethical manners.

So I was put-off by your statement

If you were just making a sarcastic joke, I humbly apologize for m
overly-serious interpretation.  Sorry

I wasn't really making a joke or writing about myself.

It was an observation about human nature. An average (fill in blank) sparks
indifference, while a successful (fill in blank again) will often inspire
extremes of emotion. This often includes irrational hatred for no other
reason than the object of that hatred has achieved success at something.
Perhaps you have not observed this. I have.

My level of success has left me in the indifference eliciting category,
although I aspire to be hated someday.

Sorry you were "put-off".

You may want to have the prescription checked on your rose colored glasses.
Reading so much into and being "put-off" by rather innocuous comments made
on the internet leads me to believe they may need their rosieness updated,
adjusted or possibly even replaced!

To each his own.   When one makes comments on the internet, just abou
anything can happen.

Best of luck to you and your aspirations.

Thank you.  May we each reach our own expectations in life, without
judging others.

Hmmm....a read back over this thread will show you called me a whiner,
concluded I "remove all self-responsibility, placing blame on the masses
that may respect or hold some particular souls in high regard.", also
concluded I "insult those that deserve and DO gain respect due their hard
work and ethical manners.", assumed you had some understanding of my "views
on life", and how I "define success and failures", and determined that I
"concentrate on the negative human qualities (envy, hatred, superficial
tendencies, desire for instant gratification, etc.)"

...and then you talk about not judging others.

Funny.
