I'm quite puzzled.
I went to 4 dentist lately.

1: It's all right! Cool!
Then I come home and upon close looking I find a small cavity which he
then agreed to treat.
2: Oh, well, there's an infra-dental cavity here, let's treat it!
He saw it by looking at the 180degrees x-ray which also the former
looked at without seeing anything.
3: (after treatment) Ok, but we mush extract both wisdom tooth.
4: We must extract 1 wisdom tooth, see, there's a cavity there (showing
it to me with a probe camera.

So, I'm a bit underwhelmed by this lack of consistency.
In the future, how can I rely on someone to see any cavities if everyone
missed one at least?

Then maybe is be best to rely on myself: but is there a way i can check
myself for intra-dental cavity?

Please note that the 2nd one saw a cavity on the x-ray which I'd never
imagined to be there. Still I can't see it on the 180deg x-rays. But it
was quite apparent on the small x-ray he made for confirmation.

Thanks.

My snap judgement here, Stefano, is that if you have to point out the
cavities to your dentist, you probably should find a new dentist.

That's the exact reason I have no intention to go to number 1 anymore.
But apparently, it's not an easy task to find a convincing dentist.

This more and more convince me that where I live professionality is
becoming a rare thing.

I would assume you're Italian, though you post from what seems like an
e-mail addy from Holland.
I'd be surprised to find good dental treament difficult to find in
either country.

The email is antispam, but yes, I am italian.

Well, I don't know about about Dutch dentists, but I know about italian
professionality, not only to my experience (which is not encouraging
either).

Thanks
