DENTRIX AND SCANNING  EOB'S FOR ATTACHMENT TO SECONDARY E-CLAIM

WE HAVE DENTRIX VERSION 11 AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW  THE DETAILED PROCEDURE FOR
ATTACHING A SCANNED EOB TO A SECONDARY E- CLAIM. DO WE NEED TO CHANGE THE
FILE FORMAT AS WELL ?  THERE HAS NOT BEEN A PROBLEM SENDING THE SCANNED IMAGE
TO " MY DOCUMENTS ", BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM GETTING IT ATTACHED TO THE CLAIM.
