Is a 1.5% H2O2 saline solution more effective than a a standard 1.5%
H2O2 solution for reducing gingivitis?

IOW, is 1 part H2O2 (3%) to 1 part saltwater better than 1 part H2O2
(3%) to 1 part water?

After brush/fluoride/floss ... before bedtime.

Yes, H2O2 releases oxygen while H2O only
is poisonous if used in conjunction with amalgam fillings ....

So, there's no significant difference by adding salt to hydrogen
peroxide (3%)?

P.S. I don't have amalgam fillings but I enjoy tuna on occasion ...

Tip: Use pickling salt for efficient salinization at room temperature
... It's very fine grain ... It's hard to find. (Incidentally, it's
Kosher and closer to 100% sodium chloride than Kosher flake salt.)

Also, you can add it to "grape drink", or any other flavored sugar
water to make homemade Gatorade (without the potassium). And you can
tell all your basketball buddies that you're rollin' old school.
