Avoid Grayson Dental in Mountain View.

I recently had a root canal and a crown installed on a tooth at Grayson

Dental and it broke off in less than three weeks after Grayson did the
work. The reason the tooth broke off was because the dentist there
didn't
install a post. I asked two other dentists if a post should have been
inserted
for extra strength and both (non-grayson) dentists said absolutely.
Grayson
dental avoided the extra work to insert a post to save themselves money

and time.

I called and called Grayson and E-mailed Grayson for a refund so I
could use
the funds to try to resurrect this tooth. They didn't even reply to my
E-mail.
I have tried many more times to get reimbursed but they refused to even

write or call me back!! Finally I gave up. Evidently, this is the
outcome Grayson
wanted. So not only is their work very shotty, the business end is
equally bad.

Grayson even charged me for the post x-ray to observe the degree of
damage
of that broken tooth!

Now I have a broken tooth, and have to pay for the dental expenses to
repair
and crown this tooth myself.

Also one more important issue with Grayson Dental, Grayson rotates
dentists
so fast that I never had the same dentist more than twice! I never knew
who I
was getting next, but worse, the dentist who crowned the tooth that
broke
was no longer at Grayson .. three week later! So no one took any blame.
It
was a very frustrating and costly experience. A very disorganized
business too.
And the dentists all were young too so apparently Grayson was just an
early
stepping-stone for them.

I called around and every dentist I talked to said many other patients
had bad
experiences with Grayson

I've never been treated as bad as this before by any other dentist. I
hope no
one has to go through an experience like mine.

But don't take my word, if you are thinking about using Grayson Dental
in Mountain View, call around to other dentists in Mountain View and
ask them
if they have heard of their patients who transfered from Grayson who
had bad
experiences and you will find they have.
