amalgams?

Could someone tell me the average Hg content in amalgams?  And at what
temp. does Hg go from a liquid to a gas? I'm getting all kinds of mixed
messages about this issue; however I believe it may just boil down to
the two facts above (and maybe the info. below.)

The GOV. says that Hg thermometers are not to be sold anymore because
Hg is toxic; the amount of Hg in vaccines has been limited by the GOV.
(autisim rates are dropping significantly.) It is not used anymore for
the cleaning of felt.  Oh, and the ADA's insurance company will not
cover "them" in a law suit regarding regarding amalgams because the ADA
(who profits) has backed amalgam and has prosecuted dentists for
stating amalgams contained a toxin call mercury.  Opps!

So, please give me the facts.  It doesn't take a rocket scientist to
figure this issue out.  If putting your hands in Hg (at room temp.)
everyday makes you go cooky...Oh wait! I just got a Epiphany, dentist
have the highest rates of divorce and suicide than any other
profession. HMMMMM.

Therefore, I am asking anyone who is a proponent of amalgams to please
give me an intellectual  response, which is followed by references of
peer review articles by unbiased (non-dental) institutions (because
anyone who has ever looked at the biology, chemistry, biochemistry,
toxicology, statistics...requirments for a DDS or a DMD would
know...HMMMM- they are not rocket scientist or biologist, chemist,
biochemists, toxicalogist...? Carpenters are not architechs either. No
shame.)

Thank you!

The shrink thing may well be correct... in the UK, apparently it's vets
who have the highest suicide rate... dunno where the mercury poisoning
comes into play there. Electicforlife aka Clinton?

? "Why do Vets in the UK have the highest suicide rate"

I heard a vet commited suicide in Japan or somplace after they
misdiagnosed madcow-disease and let the disease spred. Real
sense of honor over there! Who knows maybe Vets have a sense of medical
duty? Certainly hard to imagine any American Doctors committing suicide
because of a misdiagnosis.

So many madcow-disease misdiagnoses?

Oh ok,m after Elec repost I see you are reffering to me. Look I am not
this person, second I use my real name unlike you "letsconnect"
,"tonybad". etc. Second don't be so shocked that more than one
person is interested in amalgams as FDA has thousnds of adverse
reaction reports. In fact dams has something like 10,000 Hg poisoned
members . Elec has it reversed, FDA dentla is RUN by the dental
division.

As for  anyomous users, lets see -

"tony bad" , steve manusco -amaetus
"Dartos" - Steve Fawks

"letconnect" - real life British dental groupie?

No, you're right there. I just assumed it was you cos of similar
misspellings ("toxicalogist", "requirments", "architechs" etc.).

Come to think of it there may be a good reason for the high suicide
rate among vets in the UK. Turns out that guns are banned or difficult
to get a hold of in the UK. Additionally barbituates have become
tightly regulated and even discontinued in many countries so MD's would
probably have more difficulty obtaining these types of drugs or
justifying prescriptions. However , Since Vets  perfrom Euthenasia for
pets and even use a certain kind of barbitute I think, they would have
easier access to these and similar types of drugs.

Clinton, I am sorry if people think I'm you.  I know the answer to the
question.  I just wanted to see if Joel would attempt to answer.  He
did. I've been well aware of the research and find it humorous that
he's still thinks its safe because the ADA says so.
eclecticforlife@aol.com - 05 Apr 2006 19:38 GMT
The "Wow, you caught that..." was to letsconnect.

I heard a message from Charlie Brown regarding the FDA decision to by
pass the dental division.  It just happened yesterday. =)

Why won't anyone answer my questions?

Hey, the FDA just decided to cut the dental division out of the Hg
studies and bring in the Neurologist division to look at the research.

Eclectic

PS I don't know Clinton! As a matter a fact I don't think I know anyone
in this group.

50% by weight ......

High temp but read about "vapor pressure ......."

It does not need to be 212 degrees Fahrenheit for
water to pass from the earth's surface directly into
the atmosphere .....
