It is important that I find Marshall Belmer DDS who's office was at 3 Chicago Avenue in Oak Park Illinois. His last known address on Ada street in Calumet Park, Ill has been of no use. I have something that was his and I need information. It's important. Can anyone help? He's still the registered owner, the auctioneer refuses to provide title or information and the state won't let us sail it without the title.!! We've been trying for almost a year. His home phone number answers with a machine but there has been no reply to our messages and a registered letter was returned unopened. I don't want to harrass him.
