OK, I had a severe toothache for about three days. Doc prescribed both Hydrocodone and Amoxicillin. The next day after starting the meds, the pain was almost non-existent; however, the swelling in my face has localized, resulting in some hardcore swelling (baseball size). Well, now I'm on day 3 with no pain, but still look like a goofball. Is this swelling going to go away? Thank you. > OK, I had a severe toothache for about three days. This is a big infection, and may need to be drained surgically. You should return to the dentist. Steve Yes it will go away ..... Swelling - - - - - - always - - - - -> no pain. Thank you -- Joel34 Post you face pics here... and the rest of the hydrocodone to me 8 ) Seriously anything that big I would be asking a doctor, not a bunch of pinball goofs : ) If it's a toothache you should be at the dentist, teeth can go bad and infection can travel up into your skull (but that's probably what the Amox is for).
