I don't know ... are those the ones they keep behind the counter? Next
to the Crown Royal and Virginia Slims?

Tough crowd?

I guess that rules out delicious Duncan Hines Chocolate Fudge Frosting.

"No other toothpaste has the unique strong taste of Euthymol
toothpaste." I'm game. Where can us non-limeys purchase this product?

Most "personal care" type shops in the UK sell the crap.

I just had my 6-month visit.  The hygienist said chocolate was he
favorite.  I haven't tried anything but mint, as sweet flavors woul
only make me hungry

Nothing against tTom's, but wouldn't colgate tartar control be better.
IIUC, it is the triclosan in the mix that offers the control ( absent
from Tom's)

Tom's of Maine is good but it has a woodsy, outdoorsy
cooking-over-a-firesy kind of taste.

Tom's of Maine has developed quite a valuable brand. They'd probably be
snatched up pretty quickly if they ever go public. Now that Tom's has
shelf space in Walmart, I wonder if that will evoke a response from the
big boys. (Also, maybe the big boys would like a stronger presence in
Whole Foods, Wild Oats, etc.)

Charcoal Tooth Paste.
Finely powdered charcoal, white honey, and vanilla candy, each 2 oz.; red
bark, 1 oz.; oil of rose or mint, 8 drops. Mix the whole into a paste.

The taste of the grill ... Make sure you avoid the Match Light
briquettes, unless you really want "sparkling" teeth.

What about that new toothpaste that Emeril advertises ... I think it's
a colgate flavor. He says, Bam! It must be delicious;)

I noticed a brand in Sav-On that had fruit flavors. The name was
Fructo-something.

I like the cocoanut creme blueberry flavor

That was quick:

Colgate buying control of Tom's of Maine for $100 million
http://www.boston.com/news/local/maine/articles/2006/03/21/colgate_buying_contro
l_of_toms_of_maine

Tom's of Maine website:

"After much soul-searching, and many conversations with [their]
children and trusted advisors," Tom and his wife decided $100 million
was enough.*

I need to get in on this aging baby boomer racket...

* That last part was mine.
