Is tooth decay a normal part of aging, or from neglect? Thanks,

Y.D.

I belive that neglect will probably lead to tooth loss.  Yet prope
care can prevent tooth loss.   It is my understanding that some peopl
are more prone to tooth decay than others, or in other words generall
more susceptible to the bacteria that causes tooth decay an
preiodontal disease.  Even with proper care, they may experience som
tooth decay, while others do not

Bottom line: In either case, it is best to take proper care of you
teeth and whole body.  This provides the best chances for maintainin
general and oral health into old age.... and keeping your natura
teeth
