I just got a new dental plan that only pays $20 to extract a tooth. Am I correct in my opinion that that is just a token payment, and that the cost of an extraction will be in the $100 to $250 range? Sue (nondentist) I was just at my dentist yesterday and the cost here (Ontario) at mine anyway is between $50-$80 per tooth. i paid 128 for mine 3 years ago so i would imagine its probably gone up.. Lisa to be honest an extraction in the east is $125 - $200 My suggestion is that your plan is poor at best and you should check how much premiums are being paid for such poor coverage drharry the dentist > I just got a new dental plan that only pays $20 to extract a tooth.
