loose front tooth

Due to some bad habits my front tooth is very loose, my question is can it be
saved or will need to have pulled.

Only a dentist who has seen you in person (and your x-rays) would be
able to judge that.

It all depends on how loose it is, how much bone is left around the
root, the type of habits you are involved with.
I suggest that you go see your dentist ASAP if you want to address the
issue, the treatment could range from a Deep cleaning and a splint, or
extracton and implant, depending on the severity of the problem.
