For tracking down the ISP of spammers links.

Use the DNS Records and report to the host
of the site that is being spammed.

Oh, yeah...

For hotmail accounts the new addy is:

report_spam@hotmail.com

For msn

report_spam@msn.com

Note both of these addys have an underscore ( _ )
between the words report and spam.
