I could hear it like it was just yesterday:
Juror #1: "No I wouldn't be able to award pain and suffering because of
injuries to someone's temporomandibular joints"
Attorney: "Why is that Juror #1"
Juror #1: "Because of what they did to my brother who only wanted to help
people"
Attorney: "I'm not following you Juror #1, could you elaborate"
Juror #1: "They runied him with all their claims that he intentionally
harmed people with his implants and now he has to live in Switzerland"
(Tommy, tommy, I swear I think that's Homsy's sister, you have to ask her)
Attorney: "Juror #1 is your brother Charles Albert Homsy, inventor of the
Vitek Implant system?"
Juror #1: "Yes he is"
Attorney: "We move to disclude this Juror"

And what happened to Juror #1?

Juror #1 was dismissed from serving on that jury.
Life is stranger than fiction some times.

What are the chances of that happening really? Of all people to be seated
on Chang's jury, the sister of a notoriously wanted criminal of all the TMJ
people harmed by Vitek just so happens to get chair #1.

You would think that the TM..SS would have wanted their "members" to
know as much about everything happening to people as possible... or
would you? You'd think a lot of things ... but ... such is not the case
for some very odd reason that seems more like fiction than real life.

Indeed. How odd it is that certain people seem to just show up in the
right place at the right time... and at the first hint of certain
information. Oh well ... that's enough of the cat to be let out of the
bag for now.

I think the apple fell closer to another tree though. It begins with T
and ends with ... well ... n. (Two words.)

I like disclude better. ;-) If she had been discluded, perhaps it
would have let her know what the patients felt like.
