oh goody, a group specifically designed to demonstrate the inability of
posters to quote properly in replies
Dentist PANKAJ - 08 Dec 2005 18:57 GMT
Well it may feel so to you.
This is more so for dentists here in India! A very few of them really
know whether such groups do exist; of the very few who search on
internet.
This is a sincere try to let them come together & share their
experiences.

PANKAJ, I am not trying to be beligerent, but why not just TELL them
that the SMD, IDF, DT, etc exist?. If they are on the 'net, they must be
able to international groups. I think you risk having a group that is
too local and too narrow in its focus.

This is just my own opinion, but, contrary to what you may think, I wish
you good luck.

Duplicated efforts often dilute the progress that could be made if the
interested parties would join together.  This promotes their abilities
to broaden their interests and interactions.  I don't think IDF and DT
serve the same needs as smd which is intended to be a public group.
I'll paste a copy of the Charter in case Pankaj hasn't seen it elsewhere.

Pankaj, is communicating in English a problem for anyone you are
presently working with in your group?

the time.

Well no thanks for your kind(?) suggestion which is better to be called
a TRAASH
itself!
SMD was indeed a Chopped Liver!!!!!! for us in India. (if you wish to
know why, see the reply to Robert Morien)
Well another group 'Dentistry'  (but with low activity) exists, are you
aware of that too?
Our plan is  to specifically bring the dental professionals together!
Not those finding Chopped Livers. Is that fine with you!

wish not to read any such kind(?) suggestions from you again.
you'll get my (regards) clearly through this

Hi Pankaj,

I don't know what you are referring to, but I have a hand full of posters
filtered on my system.  So, I never see posts by those individuals.  The
secret to using Newsgroups is to know how to filter out the wacko's and then
do so.  Any group will attract some crazy people whose sole goal in life is
to make someone else's life miserable.  With Newsgroup readers, you should
have the option of filtering so that you never see those ignorant people.
Most web based groups do not allow you to filter out "trolls".  Take DT for
example.  It would be a decent site if you could filter out all the
trouble-makers.  But, you can't, so a lot of people simply stay away.

Hi Amatus!
Once again I'm thankful to you  for the wise advice, I'll see that
these people are filtered.
I find you very understanding!
Have a Good Day!
Keep Smiling..............!!
