My lower front teeth, four to five of them used to pain always even
after aesthesia in cleaning. I have not done cleaning in couple of
years.  I found the tooth have started decaying around gums (there is
something brown). My gums bleed a lot around those teeth.

I would prefer some natural or cure type treatment as I don't have
insurance right now. Is there some medicine which can reduce.

When I visit Inidia my bleeding goes down and my teeth behave better
but in US it is worst.

I suspect water, milk or tooth paste causing.  However toothpaste in
India said to have been not good (though not true right now). Milk is
different in India. I drink tea a lot (extra sugar and extra milk) and
this also is less true in India because tea cups in India are smaller
than US.

My mouth smells bad due to this problem.

Just a wild guess--this is more likely to be calculus (tartar) than
decay.  Of course, you may have both at the same time.
Most of my south asian patients have little decay but severe
periodontal disease.

Sounds like the brown stuff is tartar (calculus) and you have
significant gum disease.  No natural cure is available that will
save your teeth.

A dentist will have to examine your teeth/gums and take X-rays to
determine if *any* treatment will save your teeth at this point.

If the lower front ones are bad, there is probably more gum disease
present in other areas of your mouth that you don't know about.

Find a good dentist before you have a mouthful of plastic teeth.
